Wonder Walks

Welcome to “wonder walks,” created as a way to build community and offer a safe, welcoming space for meaningful connection. Each week, for 1 hour, I guide the group through intentional topics to encourage growth and expanding our mindset. I believe there is power in hearing from other experiences. This program runs for 6 weeks and is held at a local Napa trailhead. The walks are meant to be gentle and accessible to most everyone. This is not about speed or endurance, this is about finding a pace that feels right for you both mentally and physically. I also found being outdoors naturally boost our mood, helping us connect with not only the natural beauty around us, but also with each other.
I chose 6 weeks because I wanted to give participants the time to truly build connections that will inspire and empower them to be their authentic self. We all have challenges, we are not alone, and my hope is that a “wonder walk,” will fill your cup, for the week…or possibly plant a seed that will help you grow into becoming your best self.
I also understand life happens, and maybe having the flexibility to show up how and when is what you need right now. I want everyone to have the opportunity to participate and feel supported by their peers. If you think you may want to join a walk in the future, please reach out for required forms.
